Cancelled Flights To Tel Aviv 10/11/2023
Dear partner/agents,
Due to the ongoing security situation in Israel we have opted to cancel Sat 14th/ Mon 16th/Wed 18th October 2023 TLV flights:
Saturday 14th October KM826 from Malta to Tel Aviv
Saturday 14th October KM827 from Tel Aviv to Malta
Monday 16th October KM826 from Malta to Tel Aviv
Monday 16th October KM827 from Tel Aviv to Malta
Wednesday 18th October KM826 from Malta to Tel Aviv
Wednesday 18th October KM827 from Tel Aviv to Malta
Air Malta regrets any inconvenience caused by this situation, which is completely outside the airline's control but the safety of its passengers and crew members is the top priority for Air Malta.
Passengers have the option of either changing their tickets to travel on different dates or changing the destination of their travel or submitting their ticket for a full refund.
Air Malta is continually monitoring the security situation in Israel, is in close contact with aviation authorities, and will continually adjust its operations as needed.

Emission Surcharge effective as from 14th Oct 2024

Dear Trade Partners,
KM Malta Airlines , is introducing an Emission Surcharge. The surcharge is intended to cover part of the steadily rising additional costs due to regulatory environmental requirements imposed on all carriers. The code for the Emission surcharge will be “YRF”.
- Emission Surcharge applies to all KMMA operated Network
- Charge applies to all tickets issued from and including 14th OCT 2024
- Charge applies per Sector per person as per Rates below
- The YRF (Emission Surcharge) charge will be refundable if not utilised
- The YRI – Carrier Imposed Fee, which is already in place, at EUR 20 per Ticket will remain unchanged and non-refundable as per current condition

For any bookings created before the 14th of October 24 but not yet ticketed, the Emission Surcharge will not be levied, you are requested to backdate pricing, to the date of creation so as to retain the price quote at time of booking.
