Copa Airlines announces three new routes in Latin America and the Caribbean

Dear Travel Agencies,

Copa Airlines, a member of the Star Alliance global airline network, is pleased to announce the addition of our new destination Los Cabos, Mexico, as well as the reactivation of flights to Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic, and Salvador, Brazil. With these three routes, we continue to strengthen connectivity in the region through the Hub of the Americas®, located at Tocumen International Airport in Panama City.

Starting December 4, 2025.

It is an ideal destination for active tourism, offering recreational activities, sports and a vibrant nightlife in Cabo San Lucas.

Starting with three weekly flights on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays, from Tocumen International Airport (PTY) at 9:09 a.m. (local time), arriving at Los Cabos International Airport in Mexico (SJD) at 12:27 p.m. (local time). Departing back the same days at 1:33 p.m. (local time), landing in Panama at 8:30 p.m. (local time).

Salvador Bahia

Brazil

Starting January 7, 2026.

We resume operations to Salvador, Brazil, with four weekly frequencies on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. The flight from Panama City will depart at 4:03 p.m. (local time), arriving at Salvador Deputado Luís Eduardo Magalhães International Airport (SSA) at 12:30 a.m.

The return flight will be on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, departing at 1:30 a.m. (local time), landing in Panama City at 6:45 a.m. (local time).

Santiago de los Caballeros

Dominican Republic

Starting January 15, 2026.

We will resume operations with three weekly frequencies on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The route will depart Panama City at 11:26 a.m. (local time), arriving at Cibao International Airport (STI) at 02:56 p.m. (local time).

The return flight will take off on the same days at 03:51 p.m.(local time) , arriving in Panama City at 05:43 p.m. (local time).

With the addition of these routes, Copa Airlines expands its network to 91 destinations in 32 countries in Central, South, North America and the Caribbean.
